Cancellation Policy:
It is important that if you or your child will miss a day, please contact us as soon as you know of the dates. Our volunteers are set up according to our schedule and it would be helpful to have as much warning to a cancellation as possible.
We make every effort to keep class schedules, but if more than 40% of student cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the session will not be held and a make up class will be added to the end of the current schedule.
